Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you receive. If something isn’t right:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Eligibility: Damaged, used, or altered items cannot be accepted.
  • Refund Options: Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
  • Exchange: You may exchange for a different product or variant, subject to availability.
  • Process: Write to info@theshobhafashion.co with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the item was damaged on arrival.
