- Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Eligibility: Damaged, used, or altered items cannot be accepted.
- Refund Options: Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
- Exchange: You may exchange for a different product or variant, subject to availability.
- Process: Write to info@theshobhafashion.co with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the item was damaged on arrival.
